When should I place an order?

You are welcome to place an order at any time prior to your celebration. Your order will be created and sent out closer to your day. Clouds of sweet favours are from Sydney, and send Australia Wide. 

How much is postage?

We use Couriers, and occasionally Australia Post to ship orders via regular post. We have flat rate postage costs - $14.50 for all Sydney Suburbs, and $16 Australia wide. If you are unsure please send us an email/message. 

How much notice do you need?

We generally require 2 weeks notice to allow time for your order to be made and travel time. The more notice provided, the better - we send your order closer to the date required. If you not sure, just ask us. From time to time we have to extend notice period due to volume of orders.

Rush Orders  

All orders are made fresh and the labels are fully personalised, this can take several days to prepare. We are more than happy to complete rush orders. If you would like an order fast, just send an email or message and we can let you know if it will be possible. 

Cancelling/Refunding Orders 

Unfortunately once the order is placed, we don't offer refunds due to the personalisation of the products. We do not accept responsibility for incorrect postage address provided. Please consider COVID lockdowns before ordering. We are happy to postpone orders for future events.

Courier Delays 

We do not take responsibility for any postage, and / or courier delays faced when sending our items. 

How do we personalised the label?  

We have 1000's of templates to use to suit your event. When placing the order, please leave the details of your theme etc at the checkout. Labels are 6.5cm in diameter. We have lots of pictures on our facebook/instagram for inspiration. You are welcome to send through any inspiration you might have, to help us get a better idea of your theme. We send a draft to you before printing. 

Business/Corporate Orders 

We can create orders for your big or small events. We can cater for 10 to 10,000 people. Just send us an email/message and we can send you some more info on how we can help help your event. 

Payments 

We accept PayPal, and credit card payments through our website. We are also now accepting Afterpay!
